Returns & Warranty
At Seledos, you can always return products within 30 days. Request a return form from customer service and include it with your package.
Once we receive the package in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount to the account used for the original payment.
Returns
Please send an email to info@seledos.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Name on the order
- Email address used for the order
- Your request for a return form
The items you return must be in resalable condition. Used and/or liquid items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
If you received a damaged item, please include a photo of the damaged product.
We will process your email as quickly as possible to begin the return process.
Return Conditions
- You are responsible for the return shipment in case the package is lost or damaged during transit (we recommend insured shipping).
- Products must be returned within the 14-day return period. This period starts on the day you receive the goods.
- The item must be in its original condition and original packaging.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the order was delivered with free shipping and Seledos covered those shipping costs, those costs will not be refunded.
